Eric woke me up Sunday morning and said, "Pack your bags we're going to Fredericksburg for our 6 year wedding anniversary!" Frederickswho? I have since learned that the city was/is a German town and it reminded me a bit of Solvang, but with an Oktoberfest twist.
We stayed at a charming bed and breakfast called the Hoffman Haus. We shopped in the quaint stores, that reminded me of Montana Street prices. Eric ate schnitzel and I reminisced about my time in Heidelberg, forgoing the schnitzel.
Roman enjoyed tagging along on our anniversary trip... let's just say next year grandparents are welcome to babysit. :)
